Unopened Coffee Bags
Coffee bags may be returned if they are:
Unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
Unused and in a resalable condition.
Returned with proof of purchase.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed in line with our standard returns procedure.
Opened Coffee Bags
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on coffee bags that have been opened, used or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your coffee is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
