Store Returns & Refund Policy
Should you change your mind about a purchase or if the items didn’t fit, our hassle free exchange guarantee means you can exchange your item or receive credit on our gift cards within 7 days of purchase. Gift cards are valid in all our stores for 1 year.
How it works
1. Bring your proof of purchase to any store by presenting our receipt.
2. Ensure product is in same condition as when purchased, with White Rose tags attached.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us in store. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Your Gift Aid declaration
By completing a gift aid declaration you are confirming that:
You wish White Rose to claim tax on all donations you make in the future or have made in the past 4 years.
You are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
You wish White Rose to act as your agent in selling the goods you have donated, at a rate of 2.5% commission + VAT.
You are not acting as a business in donating goods for sale to White Rose.
You understand that any goods which cannot be sold will be recycled or disposed of and cannot be returned to the donor.
You understand that both, you and White Rose reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
Communication
If the net sales proceeds are below £1,000 Gift Aid will be claimed automatically. If the net sales proceeds exceed £1,000 we will write to you to let you know before making a claim. You can then choose to retain or donate these proceeds. We will send you an end of tax year statement.
Your details will be shared with HMRC in order to enable us to make a Gift Aid claim.
We will send you an end of tax year statement by email. If the email fails, we will need to inform you by post.
